Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to make it right.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Additional instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
